Our Story
One September morning in Mooresville by Lake Norman, our kids gathered around the kitchen island as they enjoyed a warm loaf of bread. In that moment, we were reminded of how powerful simple food can be when it’s made with care and shared with the people you love.
JAM Bakery began with a mother’s commitment to feeding her family wholesome, thoughtfully made food, no shortcuts, no unnecessary ingredients, just real food made right. Every day we cook with that same intention: to bring honest, nourishing bread to your table so you can feel good about what you’re sharing with yours.

Slow Fermentation
When you enjoy any of our sourdough breads, our guarantee is an even better bread! Our slow fermentation process can reduce gluten, act as a prebiotic, make digestion easier, and reduce blood sugar spikes! Making it a great choice for health-conscious bread lovers! We create our own wild yeast right here in our kitchen that makes your fresh loaf.
